If you use our website by filling out the information fields and/or contact us and/or simply visit our website, personal data may be collected by us as follows:

We only collect and process personal data that you provide to us yourself by contacting us with your knowledge and by filling out the contact form. The personal data collected may in particular include the following data: last name, first name, address, company, country and email address as well as possibly other data provided by you. GIANIX LTD does not collect your data in any other way.

Personal data that may be collected through your visit to our site, in particular data volume, location and time information, IP addresses and other communication information that is made available through the use of your computer.

Additional data such as local times, time zones and usage data can also be stored in addition to the aforementioned data. If you have provided us with personal data by using our contact form, we will only use it to process the service you requested and the associated technical administration; In this context, we would like to point out that we use the personal data you provide as part of the intended promotional email dispatch and/or when using the contact form to create and save you as a contact in our contact program (Art 6 Paragraph 1 Letters b, f GDPR). We will not collect your personal data directly from you.

    1. We store your personal data within the European Economic Area. There is no storage or data transfer to third countries.
    2. Unless deleted or blocked in accordance with the rights you have exercised, which you can view under section 5, your data will be permanently stored for the purposes mentioned above.
